Every item from The Sassy Stitch is personalised especially for you, so we don’t keep piles of finished products sitting on shelves waiting to be shipped.

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll carefully embroider, check and package your item before sending it on its way.

Processing Time

During busy periods such as Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and other seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

ud83dudce6 We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout, but most orders arrive within 2u20134 working days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive confirmation so you know it’s on its way.

If you need an item for a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Because every item is personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

u274c Incorrect sizes selected when ordering

u274c Personalisation entered incorrectly by the customer

u274c Custom-made products that have been produced as requested

Please double-check all names, dates and spellings before submitting your order.

If We’ve Made a Mistake

We’re human (although our embroidery machine is pretty clever ud83dude09).

If your item arrives with:

u2714 Manufacturing defects

u2714 Damage during transit

u2714 The wrong item sent

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including photographs where possible.

We’ll work quickly to put things right, whether that’s a replacement, repair or refund.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of:

This helps us investigate with the delivery provider and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
